Totting up Points & Pleading
Exceptional Hardship

Some people are unfortunate enough to accumulate (‘tot up’) 12 penalty points on their driving licence which results in disqualification. We can help a driver facing a ban on these grounds if they are able to argue that they would suffer ‘exceptional hardship’ as a result of the ban.

Common grounds include hardship suffered by the driver’s family, employer or employees or that the driver needs his/her licence for their job.
